Still very very new

I am still very very new and I am having a lot of trouble finding reading in my area. Do you think that it would be easier for me to get in contact with someone in the area who has an amount of experience with the occult, kabbalah, or something to that nature, and try to learn some things from them? I am very much looking for an opportunity to learn and grow.

usually every area has some time of group, but it depends what youre interested in, try looking up pagan groups in <insert city and state initials> and see what comes up, beltane isnt too far away, and see if you can go to it. if you like the atmosphere and the group join htem, if not leave. it took me awhile but turns out not only do i have a pagan association a town away from me, but also a sect of a druid order based there, try looking around and seeing what you can find
