Hey guys, I would like to ask a rather specific question. I've been doing LBRP for the last 8 odd months (I think) though not every single day. Though I would say approx 60% - 70% of that time period. Would it be safe for me to start performing the middle pillar on a regular basis? I've heard that it is required for one to perform LBRP daily for at least several weeks before starting on the middle pillar so i would like to know what u guys have to say about all this.
