My theory about this is that no occult energy can survive the atmosphere created by nuclear fission so any occult force that bothers you which you belive must be destroyed can be sent to a fission chamber.

Interesting idea- and very practical!

A question- do you think that the occult (psychic?) energy is destroyed by the literal nuclear fission environment, namely all the particles and such whizzing around and bashing into each other, or that the literal environment has a psychic equivalent, and it's the psychic equivalent that destroys the energy you send into it?

Erm. Not sure that's making sense...

Just as physical matter is broken down by the physical reactor, might 'psychic matter' (occult/psychic influences) be broken down by the psychic reactor?

I'm probably begging a few questions here, so if this doesn't make sense do say and I'll try to unpack it further....

It wouldn't truly be destroyed (because it's energy), but rather transmuted into neutral energy, as its energetic signature would be disrupted and essentially overridden by the influence of the "nuclear" energy. Physical or psychic, energy will have the same essential qualities, and one energetic field will always influence and modify another, at least somewhat.

I thought they were just really efficient ways to boil water. Like a supercharged cauldron..... but the water is usually part of a closed system AFAIK so it gets cooled again and reheated again over and over.

It could also be the nuclear fission itself which is a one-way true transformative process, turning heavy elements to lighter elements. Through association with the elements or just suffering the same effect of subatomic bombardment!

Interesting idea though.
