Thread: Quick Dreams(and your interpretations)

I have been inspired by recent posts in this section so I thought I would start this thread so that people can post quick dreams in the hope to get some insight into their meanings. I know this section is all under dream interpretation but I feel sometimes people might not wish to start a whole new thread just to post a short dream(or what little they remember of one). So I thought this thread would be helpful for people.


Anyway let me begin with this one..


I dreamt a few nights ago that I was at my old primary school it was like my old high school. So it was like both places mixed together.

At first I was out the front and there was a large industrial size bin which had a very large black mirror(about 2meters by 3) in it which had many white crosses painted on. It was meant to be some sort of lighting thing and it was thrown away because it apparently hypnotized the students. I jumped into the bin and sat infront of it and watched it for awhile and then I think I went lucid. I might of been lucid before but I'm not sure. Anyway I jumped out and then started to move around like an animal again. I was walking slowly though and like I was on the prowl. I was like a lion but I was not fully shifted into one. I was taking note of how my back was formed and how it was very easy to move on all fours. It was like I didnt have to bend on a weird angle or anything and it was very natural to move in this way.

Eventually I came across a very large normal mirror which was more in the center of the school on the path, it was about the same size as the black mirror. It was leaning up against the railing so that there was no wall behind it or anything. As soon as I saw this mirror for some reason I ran and lept through it. I passed straight through the mirror and landed on the other side of it. When I did this the light of day faded just slightly to show that a change had occured. So it was dimmer and it was like I had passed though into another dimension. Like being in two places at once in the same place. After that my eyes changed so that everything I looked at had like a double version(or triple)of it that was right next to it but was golden/yellow/green like an aura. So if I looked at a tree I would see the normal tree but then an aura of the tree. So everything I looked at did this and it was hard to see things clearly because there was twice as much to see on everything. So it gave it an almost blurred look.

After this I just kept walking around like an animal and looking in this new way. I walked away from the mirror and thought that if I did not go back through the way I came now I would not ever be able to. I didnt care though and so I just walked away. I did turn to see if the mirror was still there but I couldnt see it. I knew I could go back and look for it but I didnt bother.




Then the other night I dreamt this quick one...



I had a strange dream last night. I remember bits and pieces which are too jumbled to put together decently. The main part that really stood out though was where I was with my twin sister somewhere and I happened to see my reflection. I had sapphire eyes. So my eyes were actual sapphire stones/jewels. My pupils though I think were just sapphired coloured or smaller jewels but it was the whites of my eyes that were like hard sapphire stone/jewels. It was like I didnt have skin around my eyes like eye lids or the skin under my eyes. So my eyes ended up looking quite large like grey alien style but they were jewels.

Then I dreamt dreams which I cant piece together too well but I noticed my eyes were still sapphire. So it was like I then later dreamt of catching my reflection again and seeing the same sapphire eyes and thinking that I still had them.




So yes, I was wondering if I can get some insight into what these dreams might mean. I know dream interpretation is best done by yourself but it can be helpful sometimes to get a different perspective.

Is there perhaps a person or a group of people trying to direct you into your life at the moment? in a way of chosing your path or maybe making it more certain and straight, be it the occult path or just everyday life?

Which parts of the dreams would make you ask this?

The whole thing.

The message I see from your dream(the first one u wrote about),is that you will embark on a new path in your life,wanting to change your everydays, but the path that you choose will be wrong,not suitable for you.

This is only my interpretation,I can be wrong

Hmm yeah maybe. I dont think I have changed anything though(nothing too major at least). Also in the dream, even though after going through the mirror made me not see clearly, it was like I knew I would get used to it and that it was a better way to see in the end. I knew it would take a while for my eyes to adjust.


I had another weird dream on the 30th April. It was only short but I was wondering what people thought this one meant(I can guess why I dreamt it but I'm curious on what others think). I call it Frog E.




I dreamt I was dividing an E at night time with some people who I'm not sure who they were(I havent done any drugs at all for years now). The E was bright yellow though and it was divided into four. It was apparently a double strength E so we quarted it which I've never tried to do before. It wasnt mine and it was a gift(the other guy quarted it).

Anyway it was broken into different sizes trying to be quarted but because it was a tablet it didnt break evenly. I either got to get the second choice or the third, I forget.. I know I didnt pick first or last though thats for sure because I remember chosing the larger piece and thinking the last piece was tiny. I think I picked second but I'm not sure.

I placed it on my tongue and sucked on it instead of just swallowing it and it had apparently fallen into a puddle of water beforehand. So we were thinking it had lost some of its strength because of that. So it felt more like an acid trip because of the way I took it and because we were thinking the water had taken some of its potency away. So it was like a mix of E and acid.

Anyway the weird thing was, after I took it I felt something on my tongue and tadpoles started to come from off my tongue. I didnt know if I was having a bad trip or if it was real. Then a full grown frog popped out of my mouth. It wasnt huge but it wasnt small either. And I was just thinking wtf!

Was weird.

I had a strange dream early this morning about a huge green fearthered cobra. I was going to post it with my red cobra dream but I thought I would post it here instead.

Anyway..

I dreamt that I was in the city and I was on a small bus which was a small white mini van. My son was with me and I got off the bus without my son and afterwards I was thinking how the bus has many other stops to go and that I shouldve got my son off the bus with me. My son is only young so I was worried that we had separated. So I chased after the bus and it stopped not far at the next stop so I told my son to get off the bus but then I saw that I had left my shopping on the bus and my son had left his thongs(shoes). So I got back on the bus and told the driver I had forgotten some stuff and when I started to pick up the shopping and gather everything the driver started to drive away leaving my son alone in the city and me stuck inside the bus.

I was asking the driver and his friend to pull over so I could get out and the driver was saying that he cant and can only stop at the next stop which was pretty far away. I told them about my son and she(the drivers friend)asked how old he was. I told them he had only just turned 10 and she said something like "well it might be a good thing to teach him independence" which annoyed me. I thought this is not how you do it. I told them that by the time I get off the bus he wouldve probably moved and I would not catch up in time to find him in the city, so I was very worried.

Then all of a sudden the dream scene changed and I was watching a huge green snake about 13 or so meters long with a head and body at least the width of a person. It was coiled up sitting in the middle of a lush park on the grass that was very close to the city(so like a central park). There was two girls in white on the left of it who were scared of it and saying they cant go that way and my son was across from me, on the other side past this snake. When the girls first approached, the snake rose up like a cobra and it fanned out a hood like one, which was huge. Then I thought I hope my son doesnt try to make a run past it because he wont make it because the snake is very fast but my son ran away from it and to the right and the snake gave chase.

Soon as I saw this I was afraid for him so I flew after him. I didnt know I was dreaming but when the snake chased him I just took off into the air and flew after the snake. I could see the snake from above in the shallow water that you get in parks and I was thinking this is one of those dreams I dont want to forget(but thats about as lucid as I got), when it came out of the water somehow I was infront of it and I hovered down from the air and grabbed it from the front. So I was face to face with this huge green cobra and I grabbed it in a bear hug around its neck and lifted it up a few meters above the air, so its main body was still on the ground but its head was up a few meters. When I touched the snake it was all soft and feathered and it had a thorn or something sharp when I grabbed it because I thought I had maybe touched its fangs but its mouth was shut. I was thinking if it wants to bite me, now this is the time and I wont be able to stop it but it gave a funny look to me like a naughty puppy or something. It was like a nice innocent look meaing something like "I was only having fun" as if it was a pet of mine. I also noticed a small dark brown spot above its right eye and I was hoping I hadnt spiked it(or hurt it)somehow when I grabbed it(even though it was me who got spiked).

Anyway then I turned to get on the back of the snake so I was riding it and it was still reared up like a cobra and the girls that had been near said something but I forget what and I said that he was very soft and I stroked the back of his neck a few times. He was all feathered and was really very beautiful. Then I rode the same way towards where my son had gone but I woke up pretty soon after that.

*Also woke up with the song Hungry Like the Wolf by Duran Duran stuck in my head for some reason. I watched the video clip for it afterwards and found it interesting, I cannot remember ever watching the video for that song before. A couple of nights ago I had dreamt about a young, completely green, bald headed indian(so from india)boy about 11yrs old, who I broke his neck(another dream I wont bother typing).

I have a dream I'm still working out. But first thing you need to know about me, is that I'm a natural born scryer, and information practically flings itself at me. Weather or not I take it as relevant is another story entirely. Here's my dream.


My dream proceeds like any other, I'm in control, I move the world, and the world moves me. But every once in a while something more strange happens. I lose this control. My mind itself becomes a slave to visions, (the one sign that it is a vision, is that I cannot control it.) In any case, my mind blanks to a golden field, flowing in the wind over rolling hillsides. I recognize this place, as it's my first elemental plane, where I was inducted into aeromancy. The feeling is intoxicating, but I cannot take advantage of the plane, for I have no control here. Something is strange. The paved road that used to wind through the valley is gone, and the mountains to the south seem to have vanished. In their stead is a lone tree, bending sideways as if against the wind, hanging improbably in the midst of the field. One thought enters my head about this vision. I must go there. I get closer to the tree. A small object is tangled in it's roots, a glinting blue item. I pick it up, and the vision fades.


This dream has haunted me. It seems that at every point in my life, at least one haunting vision persists, until it is broken or fulfilled. In any case, I've been wanting to return to that place, and find that object of importance.

btw, I'm pretty good at photoshop, and compiled this image that is fairly accurate to the scenario.

I had a strange dream the other week which I thought was interesting and I'm not sure why I dreamt it. I dreamt it(wrote it)on the 17th of September. This is just taken from my dream journal I keep.

I dreamt last night I was in a desert looking place and was trying to escape a group of people. I took a left turn hoping to lose the main person following me but instead came to a dead end. I looked around and saw a very tiny gap in the corner of a fence that was above about a meter and a half wall so I slipped through it. The lady who was after me went down that way as well and I was laying down trying to not be seen by her.

Somehow I was caught and taken back to the group and they were mutant looking(well the main older guy anyway). They were cannibals and he was going to eat me. I forget parts of the dream but I was at first trying to talk my way out of it but he was pretty set in his ways. So I accepted it and said to him to at least kill me quickly. I had placed my hands in an almost prayer position when I asked him this and had accepted my fate.

He reached over the pulled out a chunk from my left ear(or it was my whole left ear)Im not sure but I knew I was dying.

Next thing I know is I'm laying down in my old car(my first car in the back of it, a panel van)and I'm just a body that has been left there. I have no skin and so I'm just red meaty looking and I'm covered with flies. Flies were all on the roof of the car as well and just everywhere and I cant move or anything because I'm dead and rotting.

Then someone opened the back door to the panel van and all these bees rush in and start killing the flies. The flies tried to escape and flew up into the sky but the bees followed them and they made a big dark swarm that spiralled upwards. When this happened I became the bees and it was like I was one of them but also all of them. We were stinging the flies but our stings were not coming off because the flies were small. So all the flies were dying and us bees were going to kill everyone of them. It was like my bees had come to collect me and take revenge.

Anyway I thought it was interesting because I was looking up infomation on bees and what they can symbolize and I found some info of them being symbolic of the afterlife. ? Which I'm pretty sure I've never read about before so I dont think its from my subconscious.

I have another dream to share which I think is interesting with its timing. I posted this in another forum(I can link it if anyone wants) but I thought I might share it here too, to see what people think.

As soon as got the apple I climbed out of the water because I knew if I made the water ripple at all a shark would come. So I climbed out and about 10 seconds later a huge shark swam up. It started to swim around and I pointed it out to the people and one said it was a bull shark. It didnt look like one though but I told them that they shouldnt swim with it because it will attack you.

They didnt care though because they had been swimming all day and it was like their main place to hang out. So they kept swimming and one aboriginal boy rode his bike into the water and made a big splash. When I saw that I thought that was no good and then the shark swam up to him and ripped his leg off. It bit him in two places and he managed to get onto the beach but he bled to death infront of the others.

Anyway so I told my son about this dream and said that either a shark attack or an earthquake will be in the news soon and I found this story the next day(so todays news, the 11th). So I dreamt it on the night of the 9th(well about 4am-8am on the 10th) and told my son on the morning of the 10th and the guy was last seen 8am on the 10th.

So this guy was taken by a shark near a beach I go to within hours of me dreaming of a shark attack(and attracting the shark). I didnt post the dream the morning I dreamt it though which I kicked myself over later(I dont post/type all my dreams because I have lots).

Anyway in todays news(the 22nd)there was another fatal shark attack but this time it was off Rottnest Island. Which is the same place I thought I was in the dream I posted on the 11th(about a week and a half ago).
