My name is Devakxes.
Devak is Avestan for ''Dragon'' and XES is Sex spelled backwards, plus it is also 666 in roman numerals.

I saw the new changes to the website and I am quite impressed with how things have turned out here. I am also impressed that this forum has become focused on the Left Hand Path. Originally I came here a long time ago and was very enlightened by all the diversity and such, of course there were some trolls and role players... and some really delusional quacks. I also remember there being tons of people but apparently a lot of them were simply copies of the same person.

In either case, I follow the Left Hand Path at its' core. The Left Hand Path being defined as the worship of the Self/Psyche, as well as its' empowerment. The focus is based upon self-deification or ''isolate consciousness.''
It is the biological drive of every organism on the planet to define its' boundaries on a cellular level in order to exist. The goal of the LHP is thus ''liberation'' from the cosmos in whatever manner in order to preserve the Self.

I've studied a wide range of magickal practices, particularly thelema, theosophy, and psychic vampyrism. I eventually came upon Michael W. Ford's work - as well as the Temple of Set's work.

My first interaction with the Principle of Isolate Consciousness was a vision of an erect phallus, the blood vessels pulsated like lightning. I compared it in my mind with the Tower of Babel. The vision was induced by the use of psychedelics and an invocation of Lucifer. In my mind, Lucifer is as the book of Isaiah describes the King Helel:

''How you have fallen from heaven,

O morning star, son of the dawn!

You have been cast down to the earth,

you who once laid low the nations!

You said in your heart,

“I will ascend to heaven;

I will raise my throne

above the stars of God;

I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly,

on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.c

I will ascend above the tops of the clouds;

I will make myself like the Most High.”

To me, this represents unlimited being through unlimited growth.

I have then studied and delved deeply into many LHP philosophies. I've taken what I can from many in order to advance myself. I am particularly fascinated with Shamanism and Androphile (male-male love) tantra.
