Thread: Crowley....Best Book?

What...in your opinion...is the best book Aleister Crowley ever wrote? Which is his most important? Or where any? Fire away!!

Not a big fan on Crowley, but his "Magic Without Tears" and "777" are good reads. He wrote some decent occult poetry as well. A very intelligent man who ended in a very bad way.

I can't stand crowley...Just don't like him or his writing style to be honest

I would say 777 is his best compilation in that no one at that time had put the charts together like that and in one place. I find the book of lies or breaks good, as well as konx om pax. I agree with you about Crowley's writing/character, but he is a good source of information.

I couldn't have said it better, brilliant philosophy on Crowley's behalf.
