It's funny that you mention that. There was a time that a friend and I who were working on something that night, were really stressed out. We were walking with mundane friends, so we couldn't say anything. But we walked under a gas station on the way back to the college, and all the lights just went out. They were out for two days after that too.
I've had the street light thing happen before. I always laugh when it does. It amuses me greatly, but unfortunately I haven't been able to do it by practice yet. But I'm still trying.
